CLPP Engineer Cadet Programme 2025

We are looking for engineering graduates who are passionate in operation of power generation and power transmission & distribution with value performer profile. In this programme, Cadets will go through an intensive 24-month programme to understand and familiarize the operation of Power System Business Group (PSBG) or Generation Business Group (GBG).

Who are we looking for?

• Final year students or recent graduates with Associate Degree or above (with no more than 3 years of full-time work experience) majoring in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering
• Fresh graduates in engineering disciplines are welcome to apply
• Passionate in developing a professional engineering career through hands-on engineering work and running the operation in the largest electricity company in Hong Kong
• A strong team player with can-do spirit to drive operational excellence
• A good team player with leadership potential to work in diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Willing to take up shift and/or standby duties if necessary
